For use when adjustable spring plates are fitted to T1/T3.Can also be used on Standard T2 if knobs are cut offThese are stiffer than rubber for improved handling but not too hard. The outers can be smooth or knobbly in finish, the ones you pick will be dictated by which spring plate covers you are using
